Ari Schottenstein

Ari has been a General Partner at Forma Capital for the past year, where he focuses on investment opportunities in health and wellness consumer brands alongside culture-defining celebrities and athletes, providing an unfair advantage on revenue and brand growth.

Prior to joining Forma Capital, Ari was  a Partner at Zukin Partners where he co-led investment banking engagements, managed operations, and served as family office principal. 

At Zukin Partners, Ari co-developed a "Strategy-Led" advisory platform offering bespoke advisory services such as fairness opinions and "Quality of Projections" (QofP) studies for private companies where his work spanned across media, deep tech, consumer, B2B/B2B2C software, fintech, Web3, and healthcare. Ari also has extensive experience working for SPACs. 

Prior to that Ari was a predictive analytics startup investor and co-founder. He also worked in software customization strategy at MAPSYS, often integrating IBM products such as Watson and Cognos.

Ari holds a Bachelor's Degree from Otterbein University. He lives in Columbus Ohio with his fiance Maddie and their dog Gia.
