Elia Infascelli

Elia Co-founded Forma Capital.  He is responsible for originating new investment opportunities, due diligence and working alongside our partner companies to create unfair advantages in our portfolio holdings.

Prior to Forma Capital, Elia co-founded Parallel Brands and was Global CEO of Wanda Owned Propaganda Entertainment.  In these capacities he was responsible for incubating, investing and managing capital resources to help influential voices create brands in the health and wellness space. 

Elia spent his first 17 years at Endeavor. First as an agent in the Motion Picture Department, then leading the International Group.  Following Endeavor’s acquisition of ad agency Droga5 and sports agency IMG, Elia created the Brand Ventures Group, building talent based businesses. Elia oversaw the creation of Dwayne Johnson’s Project Rock and signed and represented blue chip brands such as Rolex, Anheuser Busch and Visa.

Elia holds a B.A. from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.  He is originally from Rome, Italy and lives in Los Angeles with his wife Jordan and two daughters.
